Beach Volleyball: An Excellent Way To Improve Fitness In The Community .

During 2006 – 2007 he joined the Beach Volleyball as a sport from the base in the people’s council of the municipality IBARRA Florida. The sport began with the participation of practitioners who came from the Volleyball Hall which has had excellent results in both provincial and national events, where one does not measure the competitive outcome but also the result of technical tests carried out in all these events , for which these practitioners arrived at the Beach Volleyball with good technical skills, these practitioners also joined the community who felt attracted to the practice of this sport, but there were several issues that challenged the good performance of our practitioners for the game, the differences between the Chamber and the Volleyball Beach Volleyball where the latter is much more demanding than the first because it is played on a field of 8 x 16 feet, to defend an area of 8 x 8 meters the sand only between two practitioners and a net height equal to that of the Volleyball Hall which evidenced the natural inefficiency of practitioners to meet the demands of the sport. The preparation of these practitioners must be of such quality as the activities to be undertaken during the main part of training to achieve an optimal state for this part and prevent injuries and that the requirement of the principal and most of all Physical Readiness exposes practitioners injuries and muscle aches. The coach should raise awareness among practitioners of the importance to the sport of Physical Fitness, how difficult it is to achieve optimal physical condition for competition without a proper ground and the differences between beach volleyball and other sports. The coach should demand maximum effort from each practitioner, so you must know the characteristics of each age, and the strengths and weaknesses of each of its practitioners insist on individualized work. To get the most out of each coach practitioner should be used as key methods the Game and Competition, as these are methods according to the characteristics of this age, where the teenager is compared with others and likes to show their potential, plus they are methods which can reduce the stress of physical training. The teacher has to be very specific about what you want to achieve for its practitioners to avoid wasting time with trivialities as each minute is essential, so that at the time designated for recovery between one activity and another must explain how clear and concise next time. Physical Preparation must be multilateral because for Beach Volleyball no ability is more important than another, because it is a sport that is played with speed of movement and displacement, force in the jumps, position changes and beatings, amplitude movement to better reach the ball and endurance to avoid fatigue during the game.
